I have 10+ years of working at growing technology companies. Though my titles have varied, they’ve always included training of some sort! My first taste of formal training happened at Twilio, where I designed an all-hands support program where employees in engineering and other jobs would rotate through doing customer support for a day. I had to find a way to get a cohort of people up to speed on handling tech support every single day alongside doing my day job. I ended up speaking at conferences and winning a company-wide award for this program before pursuing Instructional Design full time.

Since then it’s been a wild ride! I’ve authored curriculums, courses, job aids, and more. I’ve overseen a bucketful of LMSes and worked with CMSes across the board.
